About the position

As a security protection officer, you will play a central role in ensuring that operations at the test site are conducted safely and correctly, while also contributing to strengthening our capabilities in security protection. You will be part of a knowledgeable team that develops and maintains a functioning security protection function, under the leadership of the local security protection coordinator.

In this role, you will work broadly with security protection issues and be responsible for access and authorization matters, handling keys, cards, and signal protection, as well as administration related to routines, registers, and incident management. You will ensure that new employees receive the right authorizations and training and serve as support to managers and employees in personnel security.

The position is located in Enköping. Domestic travel may occur.

About you

We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education or equivalent competence acquired in another way that we assess as equivalent. You have current and relevant experience in administrative work and are accustomed to using MS Office as part of your work. The position requires a B driver's license and good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you have training in various areas of security protection (such as personnel security and information security) or signal protection. We see it as a benefit if you have current and relevant experience in personnel security, information security, or signal protection materials. It is desirable but not a requirement if you have previously worked in security-related operations, the defense sector, or a government agency.

You will work in our area of operations test and evaluation (T&E), which is responsible for verifying and validating the material that FMV delivers to the Armed Forces. This means checking that FMV has received what was ordered and that the system can be used as intended. Within the area of operations, there is T&E cyber, which operates in the cyber arena and works with verification and validation of joint operations, command systems, and functional chains. The goal of our operations is to support the rest of FMV with subject-specific expertise and lead operations in verification and validation. Within T&E Cyber, there are also support functions for the operations such as security protection, IT, finance/controlling, and administration.
